Rodarte’s Spring 2018 collection was shown at Paris Couture Week earlier this week, and Morgan Taylor lead artist Tracylee perfectly translated the collection defined by ethereal elegance with feminine silhouettes onto the nail.
The collection featured shimmering fringe, sheer layers of fabrics, and a whimsical floral theme that extended to the nails. The romantic look was created with two coats of Morgan Taylor Sugar Fix, a light pink shade with an opalescent shimmer as the base.
Next, a delicate chain of daisies was painted on the pink and ring finger and nail using Morgan Taylor All White Now using a Nail Harmony dotting tool, yellow crystals fastened in the center to mimic the show-stealing baby’s-breath floral crowns.. The whimsical look bloomed at the cuticle with a dainty bouquet of real flowers secured using lash glue.
